Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : Bot
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Can't exactly tell, I was on the server for only a few seconds before being banned with the reason of "Bot"
What is your explanation of this reason? Can't explain it since I wasn't on for a full minute leading to the ban
Why should we unban you? Upon joining the server again for the first time in a few months, I load in then immediately get banned for something I couldn't of been doing as I was only in the server for a few seconds
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? Can't prevent an unreasonable ban
How can we trust you again? I'm sending in an appeal, which should indicate i'm clearly not a bot. I want to play the server but as of now I can't since I am permanently banned
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I would like to know what was going on leading up to my ban as I wasn't told anything, nor did anyone say something to me leading to the ban
