Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : Police
Staff who banned you : candy
Staff who dealt with you : candy
Staff who have warned you previously :
Reason for ban on record : Planting drugs
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Admins thought that I had planted drugs due to some misunderstandings.
What is your explanation of this reason? I never planted any drugs, they just saw me dropping seeds or something to clear my inventory out. I can understand why this would be misinterpreted though.
Why should we unban you? This ban took place back in the summer. I had submitted an appeal for this same issue back then and the reply I got was to wait a month to try appealing again. Here I am a few months later making this appeal.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I will be careful to discard any illegal items and make sure no one is around to accidently pick them up.
How can we trust you again? I have recently got back into the server after being inactive for a long time, but I feel like I am a reputable person since I have played on the server for around 112 hours and also have VIP.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I hope I am fortunate enough to be able to join the police again, I had way more fun making money off of other people's drugs rather than making a massive base to farm them myself. Thank you for considering.
