Did you receive warnings prior to your ban? No

Why do you think you were banned? I was playing with my wife and made a joke that she was my alt account. I was unaware that was not allowed.

What is your explanation for your actions? Why should you be unbanned? I simply made a joke that was taken out of hand. I never used an alt, it was my wife playing with me.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I dont plan on making any more jokes.

How can you ensure we can trust you again? I never really even did anything so? idk I only ever had that one ban and no warnings or anything

What else would you like to say to the admins reveiwing your appeal? Sorry for any misunderstanding. My bad. Ill try and not to cause any issues if I get unbanned. I just want to play a drug server.

Blacklist bans are not appealable. Yours is not a perm ban, it's a blacklist.

To add to what Craydor said, what you described wouldn't get you blacklisted. You must've done something more to get blacklisted rather than just warned/banned.
