These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I was mining down into a admin base
What is your explanation of this reason? I was told to mine down the block
Why should we unban you? I wasn't x raying, my friend was. We were in a call and he just told me to mine down this block. Didn't tell me he was ever hacking.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? Be more careful of what my friends tell me to do. Be more aware of suspicious actions
How can we trust you again? I wasn't hacking, and i won't
