Beach Side Shops?

Hello all,
Due to the amount of people that want an increase of shops, I suggest that we add some beach side shops. These could look like tikki hut/beach hut design and to the right of the pier id this were to be added. People that currently do not have shops, could get them and be able to sell their items and won't have to wait a long time for someone's shop to un rent. However, these would cost more than the regular player shops, maybe around 10k a day.

I was gonna make this suggestion! I think it would be great to get more shops considering they get filled up so quickly.

Why not just make them vip and up shops?

I agree with ShadySuits, it'd encourage more people to donate and it'd add another feature to the many perks of the already donators.
