drop-in spawn?

I thought that a drop-in spawn would make it easier for cops to know when to frisk, especially the new ones, since the redstone seems to be a bit confusing for some. Kind of like the /warp wild spawn, you'd have to fall down. This would also make it easier to catch cops that purposely frisk inside of spawn, because they'd have to reach up to frisk. I made a little model (sorry about my buildings in the background): http://imgur.com/a/MlkqB and of course y'all can make it look like the beauty it is now, but I feel it would be a good solution to a problem I see happening often.

This is something we'll definitely consider for next map, although there are flaws like not being able to easily get back into spawn. Also, it would take some work to properly move our current spawn up 2-3 blocks.

Maybe the drop in point could be slightly out of reach of someone standing below, to prevent any questionable activity around the drop off point. Great idea here, tyler!
