Duel plugin

I had a thought where you could get a plugin where you can do like /duel (playername) and choose a kit and 1v1 them in an arena, just a thought

Also add so we can wager money and items.

We had this around 2 months ago now, right at the end of last map.
We're still working on porting it to the new version of the server.
