Why what is your explanation of this reason? : They thought I PVP logged when I did not!!!!! He never even hit me! I was at the prison I left before he hit me

First of all, the reason is wrong. THIS is the correct reason. Secondly, it does not matter whether I hit you or not, you left the game to avoid being killed in a PVP zone (Prison.) These are the rules.
