Maximum mule jobs bugged

Hi, as of yesterday people logged off or disconnected while having my mule jobs as active (somehow bugging it) making me only able to have 1 active job at a time, even after a mod told me it was reset after 1 hour (if I remember correctly) I am still stuck with this problem.
