Player being reported Rank : I can't get them to speak in chat to see their rank.
Describe your issue in detail : I spotted them using a speed potion and frisking players. I couldn't keep up with them as we were both running just to prove the potion's effect.
Why do you feel this is worth a report : It goes against rule #8 for cops.

Just noticed the video playback setting in my screen recorder was set at 30 FPS for some reason. Sorry about that.
