I've tried. There are some sketchy 3rd parties programs I tried when I was like 15, but they either didn't work or had viruses.

The only thing that can do that is DreamScene, and it is more tight for ram than a nuns pussy.
You need to use ffmpeg and shit. Not worth it at all.
