Describe your issue in detail : A player who asked me to help build a base with him told me he had a "Secret" which was that he uses a "Client" which allows him to use things such as XRAY, which he used regularly to find/raid bases.
When finding a place to have our base he claimed to use his XRAY to make sure that there were no bases anywhere near us
Why do you feel this is worth a report : Its a clear breach of the rules of the server.

Thanks for the report. Anyone can say that they have hacks, even if it may be true or not. We do not ban someone for saying small things like that. We will keep an eye out for that player the see if they have any type of hacks.
