Invalid Tommy_Shelby_ Cop Impersonation

Hello,

I was online and doing some mule runs when I saw Tommy_Shelby_ in spawn in blue leather armor and he was holding a stick. If you look at him you can notice that he isn't a cop but a quick glance can scare people into thinking he is one.
