Why do you feel this is worth a report : I think this is a perfect example of somone breaking rule 7 and its bs that i did my half of the deal he grinded the pit time i popped then didnt pop his

Thank you for the player report on the incident that occured, and I apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

After reviewing the agreement that was made:

I have decided that there was a valid agreement made by and agreed to by both parties. Under General Rule Section 7, this agreement was covered under scamming.

Upon reviewing the initial outcome of the incident, I found that there was a breach of agreement by the reported player. Upon discussing the matter with the reported player, I determined than an appropriate outcome would be that the reported player redeemed their 30 minutes pit time as originally agreed.

The reported player chose to follow my course of action, and redeemed their 30 minutes of pit time. Because of this, I will not extend a ban onto them, as the context of the agreement and the favorable outcome do not reasonably warrant it.
