Noticing a LOT of lag.

My internet is working perfectly fine, youtube videos load in instantly like normal, but mcdrugs wont. I got into the server once to see that i couldnt interact with anything, my chat messages didn't even get sent. I'm also getting this lag on the mcdrugs forums, as getting to this page took me around 5 minutes of loading.

That's weird, as the website and server are not running on the same server. Around what time/how long ago was this happening? I can look into it to see if there was some server lag during that time.
