Resolved Rank help

Hi so I haven't played on the server in probably more than 8-10 months. I had a donor rank at VIP+ if I remember correctly. When I tried to do /rankreturn it didn't work for me and told me to contact staff to fix the issue.

Try doing /lobby and then in the lobby doing /rankreturn it may take time for it to go through

I did /lobby and when I type /rankreturn it comes back as an unrecognizable command
