Rank Recovery after name change

I played about 2 years ago on this server, I know that I purchased a few items (spawner, tool kid, some commands, and a rank) and I'm hoping to recover that rank. I have a screenshot of me on the server and it was dated to 3/05/2018, I made the first purchase on the server with the account name JustforGags back in July 2017, and I also remember purchasing it during the summer sale. I looked through the email for receipts of the purchases and couldn't find it (probably deleted cause its on my main email)
