Terrain loading fine on the kitpvp server but not on the main server.

I know the server has a lower chunk render distance to prevent lag but I don't remember it being this bad before.

I recorded a video of the chunks loading with a minimap mod if that helps. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You have AMD, the technology by the Mc-Drugs developers hasn't gotten to the point where we can support Athalon processors.
