I was thinking of an item that can be added and I thought of Ghost Boots. They are leather boots that when are worn will take you off /near.

That seems a bit too overpowered in my opinion. Almost all rich players would get hold of them and they would be unstoppable

Yes but you could not pvp with them.

Maybe they could make you invisible, but not off of /near

Also, most people don't even have /near in the first place

This would be difficult to implement as nothing like this is in the custom enchant plugins we use at the moment.
