I'll offer the fair sum of 500k to whoever delivers me a detailed analysis of the 4 hour restarts. Here are some things I'd like to know:
*The time of day at which each restart occurs
*How much each restart delays the interest tick (if at all)
*Does the exact timestamp on which an interest tick occurs change after a restart? How much does this vary from restart to restart? After a few days, will the interest tick be a full 30 mins+ off from where it was previously?
I'd like this study to be done over at least a few days to determine the long term affects of the restarts. Please add any other useful information you can gather and post it here on this thread, and you will be paid. The post must be reasonably easy to follow, and you will be paid a percentage of the full 500k based on the following rubric:
