mule denial?

why not give the possibility to decline certain (top) mules or ? right now, the 'big ones' can snatch each and every job without needed approval, and others don't even get the chance

The reputation needed to auto accept jobs is going to be raised a bit. Also, the max reputation streak a player can have has been changed to 5, so it will be harder for players to gain a lot of rep as quick as they were able to yesterday. The reputations and stats will reset next Saturday once the feature goes public.
