New blocks in the server shop! (SUGGESTION)

Suggestion time

Hey staff and players of mc-drugs, whoever is reading this I would like to thank you and would please ask you to complete the poll, to get other people's opinion.
I believe these items should be added to the block store

1. Lapis Lazuli
Reason: They fall a big part when it comes to enchantment and creating armour to PVP with other players, this encourages players to have combat which would make this server a healthy fraction and drug server.

2. Book Shelves
Reason: Hard to find, people tend to overprice these in the player's shops, but also has the same reasons as lapis lazuli.

We don't have certain blocks in the shops for reasons. We don't want it to be super easy... Lapis and Book shelves are easy to make and don't require much effort into obtaining... Thanks for the suggestion though.
