Hello! After Server reset i don't have my VIP+ Rank anymore, or maybe it's because I've changed my name. Anyway my old nicknames are SteveN905 and iiswhoiis, current one is MercifulAna. I would be pleased if someone from staff team could help me with this, thank you!
