When is the server updating/reseting?

I haven't been on this server for quite a while and was just wondering when the server will have a reset.
I don't want to start just a month before a reset or something.
pls let me know if there is one or not.

The server reset will be sometime in may. The exact date is tba.

We reset annually on the second Friday of May.

Another question, what are the commands that I can use at the casino? I know /casinorewards but that's all, how to I get the stuff since i'm at bronze tier?

The only thing you will get from your casino ranks is the daily free spins you can earn from clicking the sign or using /freeplayclaim. If you get to platinum you will have access to the platinum lounge and Diamond rank will get you access to the Diamond lounge as well as a tag.

Best thing you can do right now is play and try to save money for boss souls to buy legacy donor ranks which will carry over to next map and give you a huge advantage
