Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.

Reason for ban on record : Xray with proof in logs.
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I think that he thought i was xray hacking, what kind of logs are able to do that, i was not even online at the time of the ban.
What is your explanation of this reason? Idk he/she probably saw a bunch of building and/or mining, im not really sure.
Why should we unban you? All of the other xray bans ive seen were non permanent because it was their first offense, as it is my first offence too.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I will only use vanilla mine craft versions as well as not use any third party clients such as bad lion, etc. I will paly as legit as humanly possible.
How can we trust you again? If you can find out if someone is using cheats through logs, then just keep looking at the logs.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Even if i dont get unbanned i would still like to know why my ban is a perma ban instead of a first time offence ban.
