Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Reason for ban on record : Impersonating Staff
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : Miscommunication, Staff thought I was impersonating, I only look up to them.
Why what is your explanation of this reason? I got banned for impersonating staff although my name is clearly different, and I was only enforcing server rules which I dearly respect.
Why should we unban you? I really like this server and it will not happen again.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I now realize that you should not help support rules and not talk to staff.
How can we trust you again? We talked in TeamSpeak and we were bonding .
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? I basically pay your bills.
