Drsquelettore ban for complicity

I was banned because a member of my faction (who was sanctioned on the server and in the faction) used a cheat to find bases, the 4 of us complicit in this act we were not aware that this person (dark__pheonix ) used a cheat and we received a ban for complicity.

so we would like either an unban or a shortening of the ban if possible.
