This is all for next map, to better the experience all around. We aren't expecting big changes like this in the middle of a map, but for the next map.
1. Disable vote parties dropping diamonds and iron, make players actually NEED to go mining in order to get stuff. Disabling iron from vote parties also means less autofarms (lava buckets!)
2. Disable anything higher than knockback 2, for example cancer sticks and pool noodles. All you have to do to run from a fight is to hit them away and proceed to spam pearls when out of combat.
3. Enable pearls in combat, put a 15-20 second timer for it. Helps for when people are in a tight spot, or trapped. Gives players a chance to actually chase someone if they are trying to get away and for the one running away to kite to safety
4. Do more PVP events like KOTH, Better rewards and have better KOTH zone. Having multiple is no good, and current design to it is flawed (I can include screenshots of good koths if you would like ) . Also more PVP events
5. disable mending. fights can go on for HOURS with this, not worth the time when pvping even if you win because at that point 2 pieces of their armor will be broken and they'll have used most of their XP and other shit
6. if you arent gonna disable mending, make XP bottles hard to get. That or no mending for armor.
7. Improve kits, most are worthless.
8. Make god apples harder to get
9. Extra hot swords are literally worthless, no point in them.
10. Maximum amount of power cap for each faction.
11. Somehow make it so nobody except allies/people in the faction can sethome/tpa in faction land. Completely destroys the idea of faction hopping so less workload for admins to handle, and less exploiting on the server.
12. More quests that reward higher, currently it rewards like 2000-5000 and useless quest points. Drugpass was a great idea, until it was disabled rewards. I'd understand why you might have done that though, if rewards were too high.
13. Clearer rules and if you aren't gonna revive kitpvp delete the tips and reactions about it.
14. F top based off of spawners and crops in faction land, more incentive for people to claim their bases to try to be the best.
15. None of this soul bound crap, people put that on their OP swords and armor so they never lose it in fights. Why would I bother fighting someone when they won’t drop their main gear upon death? Armor isn’t enough because usually 2 pieces break before they die anyways. I don’t see why we should reward bad players by making sure they never lose their item they put soulbound on.
16. Being able to have custom ranks within the faction. Want one officer to be able to invite people but not claim and have the other officer not be able to invite but be able to claim? Impossible to have with current plugin but it would be nice to find something that benefits factions with it
